The challenge
Wesley Mission approached CCE as a number of their staff required upskilling in the area of digital literacy (specifically applications within the Microsoft suite) in order to effectively manage their day-to-day work along with various ad-hoc projects.
Courses_
Our solution
CCE initially liaised with the client in order to ascertain their exact training needs. CCE directly engaged the tutor and the client in order to customise the content of the course and make sure all staff skill levels were catered for. CCE customised content for Microsoft Excel courses, levels 1-3, and Microsoft Word courses, levels 2-3.
