The challenge

Elanor Investors Group identified an increasing interest in Excel training among its employees during their annual "growth conversations." It was evident that various teams within the organisation had varying skill levels and specific training needs. The challenge was to assess the skill and interest levels of each individual and then hold in-house training programs that would enhance Excel proficiency across the business.

Elanor Investors Group recognised the need to address these skill gaps and sought the assistance of CCE to provide tailored training solutions.

Elanor Investors Group had previously engaged CCE to deliver PowerPoint Level 2 and Project Management Course: Introduction training, which were conducted to address a different challenge. These prior training programs established a strong foundation for their professional development journey.

Our solution

To meet the development requirements of Elanor Investors Group, the CCE facilitator worked closely with the client to develop training sessions relevant to the skill and interest levels of each individual. Two large-scale in-house training programs were held offering both Level 2 Excel and Level 3 Excel training, to enhance Excel proficiency across the business. These workshops served as a reminder of best practice and rectified areas where individuals had been struggling. CCE ensured that the training sessions aligned perfectly with Elanor Investors Group’ business objectives.

The outcome

Feedback from participants highlighted the outstanding impact of the training. Team members reported a significant increase in their Excel skills, acquiring new knowledge and receiving valuable tips for improving their proficiency.

Attendees expressed their appreciation for the exceptional CCE facilitator, who exhibited extensive technical knowledge and delivered the content at a pace that suited the group, fostering inclusiveness and engagement.
