What others say.

  • The course was very useful and the presenter’s extensive knowledge meant that discussions and help could be offered on areas that may have gone beyond the scope of this particular course. I also found it very helpful that the tutor tailored the course to the needs of the class and prioritised the relevant content.

  • An engaging tutor who used the method of learning from tasks, group activities and case studies very well. It kept the class interested, and offered a simpler way of remembering what was being taught by having us use the techniques explained.

  • I absolutely loved the course and would highly recommend it to my peers. The structure of the course and how it was broken up over the two days was great and really kept everyone engaged and willing to participate. Thank you for two extremely valuable and insightful days of learning.

  • The course material provided me with an opportunity to reflect on what the role of a manager of staff should be and how my actions contribute to the performance of a team. The use of interactive sessions enabled participants to think through and address real situations in our workplaces so that we left with solutions to use when we returned to work. I know it is now up to me to apply the knowledge I have gained in the two day course to ensure that my team is a winning one.

  • I found the course very useful in many areas. The tutor was great and the practical advice section at the end was invaluable. I felt empowered to take the advice and frameworks into my role. Would recommend.

  • Course content was spot on for my needs. Discussion/problem solving session at the end was excellent. The tutor was great and has a good teaching style and a wealth of knowledge.

  • What a great facilitator! The course content was really useful and there was a balance of theory and practical which kept us all engaged. The afternoon session on the second day was really useful and has allowed us to take away action plans with what we have learnt.

  • Had a really wonderful time at the course and felt like I learned lots – the presenter was brilliant in that he used our real life examples so it made the concepts all really clear! Thank you!

  • This course gave me the confidence to immediately apply the key principles I learned in my job as Team Leader.

  • The tutor was great – lots of real-life and relevant examples given to illustrate key concepts. Also, there was a strong focus on leadership which was great and something I think all managers should aspire to be.

  • The course was very engaging and useful. I appreciated that it was tailored to meet our specifc groups requirments. A fantastic lecturer, their examples and stories of real life situations relating to what we were discussing were very relevant and helpful. They made the course extremely enjoyable.
