What others say
The course provided practical skills that can easily be applied to my work, rather than being too theory heavy. The frequent breaks ensured I remained engaged the whole time. I also found the group work and role-playing beneficial.
- Angela Stojanovska
The trainer was absolutely fantastic. Highly engaging. A useful course. Would highly recommend it.
- Liana Hoare
I appreciated the diverse range of practical and mostly-relevant topics, covered from different angles (theory, tools, anecdote, hypothetical scenario, real scenario), with a specific target audience that could find affinity.
