What others say
The tutor kept the class very engaged throughout the day and the content of the course has no doubt improved my ability to effectively lead my team. The tools presented for dealing with workplace conflict were very useful to know. I'm already looking forward to the next course.
Andrew Roe
This course laid out leadership models in a very clear way and with the exercises and case studies allowed me to gain an understanding of how these models can be applied to real life situations. Role play around coaching was very valuable. I enjoyed completing the course with people from different industries as this allowed me to develop skills in the leadership and management rather than fall back on what I know about my work place and industry.
Stacey Bulger
The course was very relevant to the transition and growth within a small business. Being able to understand models and frameworks that were traditionally undertaken on the basis of intuition has challenged my way of thinking. Particularly, in being more thoughtful and considerate to the overall direction I desire to take within the business and how that might be achieved.
