This email marketing campaigns course will help you design, develop, send and track your email marketing campaign the easy way. In this workshop, we will explore ways and ideas for effectively building email marketing campaigns using both freely available tools and commercial applications to send newsletters to your customer base; manage your subscriber lists and track performance to get maximum exposure.


By the end of this course, you should be able to:

Delivery style

Delivery of this one-day workshop includes a blended learning approach where you will use your own device to follow along with class activities.

Before the course

You will be expected to have access to an email account via a web browser (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Bigpond and others). If you would like to use your own content to build your first email campaign, please bring along some images of your products and text that you can use.

Bring your own device

You are required to bring your own device (Windows or Mac). You should ensure your device is fully charged as access to power is limited. Please note that University does not carry any responsibility for your lost, stolen, or damaged devices whilst on the University premises.
