Kristine is a customer and brand growth strategist and market researcher with over 25 years of international experience. She assists start-ups, founders, and small business owners convert more customers through human-centred growth strategies across business, brand, innovation, and communication.Â
Kristine holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, an M.Sc. in Marketing Economics from Copenhagen Business School, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business in Cape Town.Â
Kristine's extensive career includes roles as a strategist, insights specialist, and workshop facilitator in advertising, branding, innovation, and market research. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Lion, Ben & Jerry’s, Unilever, YUM Brands (including KFC), GSK, Westpac, Kellogg’s, Tesco, Laser Clinic Australia, Amaysim, UNICEF, Foresight Group Homes, and many more. Throughout her career, she has conducted over 15,000 qualitative consumer, business, and medical interviews.Â
Beyond her professional work, Kristine mentors at Fishburners Startup Hub and the New Wave Founders Program at UNSW. She is also a casual tutor and workshop facilitator at UNSW Business School, where she teaches collaboration and innovation.Â
