Level A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
This course aims to consolidate and develop students' knowledge previously gained, as well as introduce more complex Spanish language structures which will allow for expression of feelings and opinions. Suitable for those who have completed all levels of Spanish up to 103 or who have completed 70 hours of recent face-to-face tuition.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Communicate in and understand the language on many practical present matters.
- Report someone’s biography.
- Produce a short text about personal likes and dislikes.
Content
This course covers the following topics:
- Consolidation: present tense
- How to describe a biography
- Discussing likes and dislikes
- Describing objects
- Expressing opinions
Intended Audience
Suitable for beginning A2 level students, those who have completed all levels of Spanish up to 103 or who have completed 70 hours of recent face-to-face tuition.
Delivery Style
This course is delivered as a series of classroom-based workshops which include group activities and group discussion. Parts of the course will be conducted in Spanish as part of the overall training strategy.
