Robert Veel has a B.A., Dip.Ed adn M.Ed from the University of Sydney. Since 1989 he has taught Italian language and medieval and Renaissance Italian history at the Centre for Continuing Education. Philipa has a BVA and MVA from Sydney College of the Arts / University of Sydney, and a Grad Dip Comm and BTeach from UTS. She is a practising artist, writer and visual arts educator. Her artworks employ a range of practices and forms including film, sound, drawing and installation to investigate the psychic and material event of rupture that partitions our experience of the natural and the industrialised world. Philipa has exhibited nationally and internationally in over 100 solo and group exhibitions and screenings, and has curated more than a dozen exhibitions. Maggie Videan is a Learning and Development professional with a special interest in the area of professional development for the Executive Assistant. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, Education & Communication) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Michelle Villeneuve

Michelle holds a PhD in Education. She has taught in Rehabilitation Sciences, Health Sciences and Occupational Therapy professional programs since 2001.
Michelle's teaching has focused on disability theory, research methodology, paediatric occupational therapy practice and community development. Michelle arrived at academic teaching, curriculum development, and research as a result of her formative experiences in international community development.
Working with the International Centre for the Advancement of Community Based Rehabilitation (ICACBR), Queen's University, Michelle has contributed to capacity development for rehabilitation service providers in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Russia. More recently, Michelle has contributed to program development and evaluation of community-based Social Care development in Sri Lanka, and Maternal Child Health and Disability development in Bangladesh.
Christina Vine-Hall

Christina Vine-Hall has worked within the FMCG and Healthcare corporate environment for over 20 years in various senior management roles and as part of executive business teams. Her focus has been primarily in the areas of strategic business planning, development of best practice consumer planning frameworks, and training and development capability programmes for marketing and sales.
Her experience within her role of Research and Planning Director at GlaxoSmithKline extended to involvement at Board and Executive Team level and resulted in Christina championing best practice consumer insight programmes in both local and international markets. She was actively involved with driving the Simply Better Way cultural change programme which developed behaviours and work practices aimed at building capabilities to prepare business leaders and teams to respond to challenges and created an organisation that could sustain success.
Christina draws on a unique base of research practices and industry contacts to bring fresh perspectives and insights into the business planning process. The quality of critical business decisions are enhanced through her ability to introduce new and different frames of reference for the organisation to view its challenges through. This allows Senior Management and Executive business teams to explore different scenarios using the insight gained to identify critical leverage points, which could ultimately lead to a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
