Darren Lott

Darren has worked in a diverse range of roles in both the public and private sector and has been running a very successful consultancy for over 15 years. His key areas of expertise are training and assessment design and delivery, human resource management, management and leadership, strategic, operational and project management and change management.

He assisted clients to develop more effective project management approaches and systems. He has also been involved in operational and strategic planning as a manager and later in his career as a consultant. In particular he has had a key role in a range of strategic and cultural change programs.

He has designed learning and assessment for clients such as the Australian Institute of Management, NSW Health, NSW Police Force, Kaplan International, Nikon, Coty International, Jemena Gas, CPB, Tyco and Westpac. He has successfully facilitated thousands of training programs in both the accredited training environment, as well as the non-accredited customised program environment including e-learning programs.
