This course aims to consolidate and develop your knowledge previously gained, as well as introduce more complex Spanish language structures which will allow for expression of feelings and opinions.
Suitable for those who have completed all levels of Spanish up to 303 or those who have completed 270 hours of recent face-to-face tuition.
Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- understand more about Latin America’s cultural traditions and its popular sports
- restructure information about someone’s opinions
- suggest how to design a city.
Content
This course covers the following topics:
- discussing hypothesis and conjectures: the conditional mode
- expressing wishes and ignorance
- the preterit imperfect of the subjunctive
- talking about sports and traditions
- using por and para
- verbs with preposition
- discussing personalities and qualities
- expressing cause and finality
- discussing personal relationships.
Intended Audience
Suitable for continuing B2 level students, those who have completed all levels of Spanish up to 303 or those who have completed 270 hours of recent face-to-face tuition.
Delivery Style
Delivered as a series of classroom-based workshops which include group activities and group discussion. Parts of the course will be conducted in Spanish as part of the overall training strategy.
