Mike Smith is currently Station Manager at 2MBS-FM, having been a volunteer programmer and presenter since 1995. A graduate in Music and Electronics, Mike worked in the I.T. industry for 20 years, until the opportunity of following his passion in 2001 when Mike accepted a full-time position with 2MBS-FM. Mike continues to also work as a volunteer, presenting the Breakfast program every Friday morning, the monthly ‘Sydney Symphony’ program and the popular, more eccentric ‘Pets Choice’ program. Mike has also been Music Host of two tours to Europe as well as presenting a 6-day Music Appreciation course in Fiji in 2008.Peter Smith

Peter is currently on the journey to PhD (Medicine) at the Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney. Peter is researching the characteristics of disability employment consultants and the characteristics of different disability types to determine if there is a relationship between specific characteristics, along with looking at the current operating system, with the view towards advocating for a better system. Peter discovered his passion for disabilities as a disability support worker, before moving onto case management in PSP, JSA and DEN support. Peter has also worked privately, counselling clients with disabilities. He has worked in training and development as a teacher, trainer & manager for RTO’s and most recently with Disability Employment Australia, the disability employment providers peak body. Terri Soller

Terri is a highly experienced Leadership Development practitioner, thought leader, teacher and consultant of leadership and adaptive change. With a background in leading large systems transformation she has over 25 years' experience in designing and delivering highly impactful leadership development interventions in the government, corporate, and community sectors. Her work has primarily been with senior leaders and executives to explore, understand, improve and transform their leadership practice and build the capacity of whole systems/sectors to adapt to new challenges/opportunities and face new realities. She approaches the work of transformation from a holistic perspective, integrating a number of theories and practices related to human and organizational development, psychology, system thinking, and adult learning.
Terri has extensive experience in coaching one-to-one and in small group contexts, combining learning around technical and adaptive (values based) skills. She is interested in how to utilise current know-how and strengths as a platform for learning and changing.
She is currently the Managing Director of Conversus Leaders and has a background which includes consulting with Deloitte’s, Principal consultant at Social Leadership Australia, holding Organisational Development and leadership positions within organisations and teaching a universities around leadership strategy and change. Whilst based in Australia, Terri works with a number of key practioner sand leadership experts located in Europe, the United Kingdom and Africa.
She is an experienced teacher, consultant, executive coach and holds a Bachelor of Science (Industrial Psychology), Master’s Degree in Organisational Development and certification from Harvard University (The Art and Practice of Leadership), and is committed to her ongoing learning, attending seminars and workshops that keep her on her own learning edge.

Louise Sorbello (BA, Grad Dip Library and Information Management, Grad Dip Education) studied German and History at the University of Sydney and the Humboldt University of Berlin. She also has qualifications and experience in secondary education, teaching English as a second language and librarianship. Whilst resident in Berlin for three years she attained the Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom, a certificate of advanced competence in German. Tony Spencer-Smith loves words. He has worked with them all his life – ever since he published his own magazine while still in primary school. He moved on to become a prominent journalist, an award-winning novelist and a corporate writer and editor. In his training, he inspires others to share his enthusiasm for the power of language.
Tony is one of Australia’s top corporate writing and editing trainers. In over a decade he has helped thousands of people from blue chip companies, government and not-for-profit organisations to upgrade their communication skills.
The broad experience he brings to his training includes being Editor-in-Chief of Reader’s Digest magazine in both Australia and South Africa; a senior newspaper journalist; and a corporate editorial expert who has written speeches, brochures, reports, websites and internal communications for top clients.
His children’s novel The Man Who Snarled at Flowers won the biggest literary prize in South Africa, while his book The Essentials of Great Writing was published in Australia in 2009.
Trainees leave Tony’s classes with a comprehensive set of writing and editing skills to raise their writing to the next level.
Tony has a Bachelor of Social Science degree and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In his training, he strives to inspire others to share his enthusiasm for the power of language.
