Fumiko Ozeki
Fumiko loves teaching Japanese to students of all levels and encourages learning in a fun, relaxed and interactive classroom setting. With extensive experience in Japan and Australia, she has a good understanding of students' needs as they learn a new language.
She has a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics and Graduate Diploma in Languages Teaching from University of Technology, Sydney, a Postgraduate Certificate in TESOL from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor degree from Osaka University.
Kate Peardon
Kate is a professional with a wealth of experience in leadership, coaching, and human resources. Holding a Masters of Positive Leadership and Strategy, an MBA, a Bachelor's in Human Resources, and an International Coach Federation certification, Kate possesses the expertise required to drive positive transformations in organisational dynamics.
Throughout her professional journey, Kate has held executive-level roles at an international Construction and Engineering firm and later transitioned to consulting. This unique trajectory equips her with an in-depth understanding of the practicalities and challenges of business and leadership, allowing her to integrate best practices effectively.
In her early thirties, Kate faced a personal challenge—a stroke—that has since fuelled her passion for optimising team performance and cultivating work environments that not only deliver superior results but are also enjoyable. As a facilitator, Kate brings a wealth of practical experience and a profound understanding of the human side of leadership, creating engaging and impactful learning experiences for her clients.
In 2022, Kate began hosting the Level Up Leadership Podcast, earning international recognition and securing a prominent place on management charts in Australia, Asia, and Europe. Kate's multifaceted career and unwavering commitment to leadership development consistently inspire and empower individuals to reach their highest potential.
Beyond her professional life, Kate enjoys cycling at sunrise, engaging in surf lifesaving at her local beach, and sharing musical moments at the piano with her daughter. She firmly believes in the importance of a well-rounded life beyond the workplace.
Leticia Pereyron
Leticia has been teaching English as a second language and Portuguese to foreigners since 1998. She has lived in various countries including England, where she took the ESOL Cambridge CELTA, Spain where she learnt Spanish, and in the USA where she completed a Master’s degree in TESOL and was a lecturer in Portuguese in the Master’s Program of International Relations at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Leticia currently lives in Sydney and teaches Portuguese at the University of Sydney. She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Masters in Languages and a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese and English Literatures.

Mark Plowman
Mark is skilled in delivering services spanning strategic management, project management, business agility, business analysis, and IT service management. His history working with prominent clients reflects the quality of his training, having delivered training to IBM Australia, QANTAS, Apple, Macquarie Bank, TAFE NSW, and UNSW.
Mark utilises his strategic vision and expertise in the IT consulting and training domain to provide participants of his courses with highly relevant and immediately applicable knowledge.
Mark also has a keen interest in aviation and holds an Australian and American Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
Heather Porter
Heather Porter has 15 years’ experience in digital marketing as a business owner, consultant and speaker, and holds a Bachelor of International Business from San Diego State University. She is the founder of Website Love, a website development and social media agency specialising in digital marketing strategies for educational services, coaching and consulting businesses.
Heather is an Amazon Kindle #1 bestseller, co-author of four business books, and trainer of ‘That Social Media Show’ on the Bizversity business app used in over 100 countries. She is also one of seven Meta (formerly Facebook) Certified Lead Trainers in Australia and New Zealand, and is a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
Heather regularly speaks for local councils, chambers of commerce and business training organisations. For the last three years, she has also been the Master Social Media Trainer for Pacific Trade Invest Australia where she regularly trains and supports businesses throughout the Pacific Islands on how to use social media.
Heather loves helping simplify digital marketing for businesses so they can easily pinpoint what works for them and stop wasting time and resources.
Megan Purisima
Megan is an experienced educator with over 13 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney, majoring in English Literature. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively within the HSC curriculum, guiding students to achieve strong academic results in English Advanced, Extension 1, and Extension 2, while cultivating in them a deep appreciation for language, critical thinking, and sophisticated expression.Â
Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education should empower students to become thoughtful, articulate, and independent thinkers. She encourages students to engage critically with ideas, challenge perspectives, and approach texts with intellectual curiosity and insight.Â
Megan currently teaches at Riverside Girls High School, where she is committed to creating meaningful and inspiring learning experiences that foster both academic excellence and personal confidence. Her work equips students with the analytical, communicative, and reflective skills that serve them well beyond the classroom.
Jack Rankin
Jack is a dynamic and energetic sales, leadership and communication skills transformer.
Since 2005, Jack has delivered numerous leadership training and coaching programs for small to medium business owners, CEOs, frontline, middle & senior managers and their staff.
His unique understanding of what it takes to motivate, lead and inspire people to consistently produce outstanding results has made him an effective transformer for many organisations across industries as diverse as insurance, banking, finance, construction and engineering, IT, local, state and federal government organisations.

Stefan Raovic
Stefan is an experienced data science leader with a background in statistics, econometrics and applied machine learning. He has a strong track record of delivering data-driven solutions in complex commercial environments. His work spans retail, finance and digital platforms. He has led teams tackling problems such as optimisation, customer relevance and segmentation, experimentation, and large-scale reporting and insights systems. Â
More recently, he has been involved in building AI applications that support retail decision-making, with a focus on reliability, evaluation and practical impact.Â
He has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Economics and Mathematics/Statistics with First Class Honours in Econometric Theory. His honours research focused on instrumental-variable estimation and the consequences of invalid instruments, shaping a long-standing interest in causal reasoning. Â
Across his career, Stefan has combined this theoretical grounding with hands-on delivery. He is particularly passionate about mentoring, clear communication, and transparency in analytics.
Gina Rizakos
Gina has over twenty years of experience teaching Modern Greek to adults and children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (majors: Modern Greek, Fine Arts and Social Anthropology), a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Modern Greek and English), a Master of Arts in Modern Greek, and a Diploma in Social Science (Social Anthropology).
Gina has worked as an interpreter and translator in Australia and Greece, and is currently editing a personal migrant history. She has researched the Greek-Australian migrant experience and continues her research into Greek food, culture and modern history when travelling in Greece. Gina has also attended language and Greek dance workshops in Greece.
CCE’s popular Modern Greek language and culture course for beginners has been taught by Gina since June 2000. Class highlights include getting ready for travel, Greek coffee making demonstrations, playing bingo in Greek, and sometimes, a Greek dance. ΓΕΙΑ ΣΟΥ!
