Daniele was born in the beautiful region of Abruzzo in Italy, but has called Sydney home since 2016. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Western Sydney and a Cedils certification for teaching Italian language to foreign learners from the University of Venice, Italy.

After a brief stint teaching in his hometown in Italy, Daniele joined the Italian language program for Adult learners at Co.As.It. in Sydney. He is also a tutor at the School of Humanities and Communication Arts at the University of Western Sydney. Daniele has several academic publications and translations in his research field, but also enjoys writing for the general public. He sometimes contributes to the Italian online newspaper The Vision, and is the author of the novel L’Altro (The Other).

Daniele is an easy-going and approachable teacher. He always tries to stimulate students’ interest and curiosity in all aspects of Italian language and culture, as well as to encourage engagement and participation in learning activities. He enjoys making learning a fun and enjoyable experience.

Jen Galland is a senior marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience in various roles. She has taught at CCE since 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Marketing, Sub major in Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Jen’s consultancy aim is to help small to medium size companies to grow profitably through robust and prioritised marketing strategy and execution, whilst always keeping the consumer at the forefront of decision-making.

Dr Jason Gallate is a neuroscientist and registered psychologist. He has worked in the field of creativity for several years, published papers in this area and has spent years lecturing and tutoring Psychology and Neuroscience programmes at USYD. Dr Jason Gallate and Ms Shannan Keen together deliver lectures and seminars on the Neuroscience of Creativity to postgraduate students at Sydney University, schools and Business Colleges. Jason & Shannan have jointly published a chapter on ‘Intuition’ in the 2011 edition of the Encyclopedia of Creativity (Elsevier).

Beatrice grew up in France and moved to Australia twenty years ago. She teaches all levels of French (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2) to adults and teenagers, and she is a certified examiner and corrector DELF A1-B2 and TCF. Beatrice has sound knowledge of the history, politics, society, and culture of France.

Pascal Garcia has Bachelor Degree in Visuals Arts a Master of Fine Arts a Graduate Diploma of French Teaching as a Foreign Language and a Master of Teaching in French and Art. Pascal has many years of experience teaching French as foreign language, English, spanish and Visuals Arts in various countries, New-Caledonia, Canada and Australia.He has taught in a wide range of schools, from natives indegenous communities schools to International languages Centres, Universities Institutes of Languages, French Alliances and secondaries and primary schools.

Dr. Edurne Garcia Iriarte is Director of the M.Sc. in Disability Studies at the School of Social Work and Social Policy, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Edurne has worked at both the University of Illinois at Chicago and the National Institute for Intellectual Disability, Trinity College Dublin where she has supported people with disability to join research teams as co-researchers.
