Profile

Sam is an experienced facilitator, speaker and business advisor who brings more than 25 years of commercial and leadership experience to her workshops and programs. Her facilitation style is practical, conversational and grounded in the realities of business, drawing on real examples to bring the learning to life and help people put it into practice.

Before starting her own business in 2013, Sam spent close to two decades in corporate marketing and commercial roles in Australia and the UK, including senior leadership positions with Telstra and PwC. Since then, she has worked with leaders and teams across corporate, SME, sporting and not-for-profit organisations.

Sam's clients include Nine, the Australian Institute of Sport, Rugby Australia, Supercars, Opera Australia, Taronga Conservation Society Australia, Wendy Wu Tours, Worley, Teachers Mutual Bank and The Funding Network.

Throughout her career, Sam has negotiated and managed more than $575 million in commercial deals and partnerships. Her work spans leadership, communication, commercial capability and negotiation, giving her a wealth of real-world experience to draw on as a facilitator.

Sam is the author of I Love Negotiating and Negotiate Your Worth, which was recognised as Best General Business Book at the 2022 Australian Business Book Awards.
