The PRINCE2® foundation course introduces one of the world’s most widely adopted project management methodologies. PRINCE2 is a globally recognised, process-based approach that provides a clear structure, defined roles, and step-by-step guidance for delivering successful projects. In this course, you’ll explore PRINCE2 project management principles, themes and processes, and learn how to apply them in real-world scenarios. Completing PRINCE2 training can support your career by building recognised project management capability.

Whether you're new to project management or looking to formalise your experience, this training provides the tools to manage projects with confidence and control.

Completion of this course will enable you to take the certification exam towards the PRINCE2® Foundation certification by PeopleCert, on behalf of AXELOS. Access to the online exam is included in the course fee. The examination process and accreditation is managed by a third party.

PeopleCert's official training materials are provided electronically.

Examination

The exam fee is included in the course cost, and participants will receive an exam voucher code valid for 12 months.

Participants will get detailed instructions on how to book and access their exam after completing the course. Upon passing the exam, the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate will be issued by PeopleCert on behalf of AXELOS.

The exam format:

• 60 minutes
• 60 multiple-choice questions
• Closed book exam
