Course summary

Scrum is the most popular Agile project management and project development methodology/framework in use today. It is an adaptive, iterative, efficient and effective framework designed to deliver significant value quickly throughout the duration of a project. Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continued progress. 

This is a highly engaging course that provides participants with an understanding of the Scrum philosophy and principles which are part of the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Framework, as defined in the Scrum Body of Knowledge Guide (SBOK™ Guide) is widely used across portfolios, programs, and projects in any industry, for products, services and any other deliverables to be developed. 

This course guides and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.  

Completion of this course will enable you to take the certification exam towards the Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) by SCRUMstudy (Global accreditation body for Scrum and Agile certification). Access to the online exam is included in the course fee. The examination process and accreditation is organised by a third party.

Materials

All course materials are provided electronically using Dropbox. Trainees will get access to SCRUMstudy Learning Portal and a soft copy of the Scrum Body of Knowledge. 

Examination

This course pricing includes an exam voucher to sit an online proctored exam through SCRUMstudy. The voucher is valid for 180 days.  
 
The exam format is: 

• multiple choice
• 120 minutes duration
• 100 questions
• no negative marks for wrong answers   
• After passing the exam, each student’s certificate will be mailed to them by SCRUMstudy.
