Phillip is highly regarded in the Enterprise Facilitation industry as a Business Development practitioner, consultant and trainer. With experience in a range of industries and as a small business practitioner in his own right, Phillip brings the voice of sound, practical experience when dealing with the issues faced by small business intenders and operators.
Phillip has proven experience with diverse client groups – from large corporate sector clients (eg AMP, Com. Bank), State and Federal Governments, Local Government, to numerous small business operators and a range of social enterprises.

Michael Searl

Mike started off his career in education as a Secondary School teacher, teaching Physical Education and Science. He taught in New Zealand, country NSW and Sydney, before he was given the title of Director of Outdoor Education for The Scots College at “Glengarry” in the Kangaroo Valley campus. It was in this environment that his focus shifted from education to facilitation. There was also a strong demand for adult training and facilitation at via the medium of experiential education. While at “Glengarry” he designed and delivered teambuilding and leadership programs to various individuals, companies and university groups. This lead to him gaining his Advanced Certificate in Outdoor Recreation and Bachelor of Education.
In mid-1990, he moved out of teaching altogether and set up a partnership to establish Australian Based Learning Experiences (ABLE). The focus of this Registered Training Organisation was the training of hard outdoor skills as well as the soft skills of teamwork, communication and leadership.
In recent years he has designed and delivered Training and Assessment (TAE) courses, Certificate IV Front Line Management (FLM) and Diploma in Business courses for Universities and private Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s). His main focus is the delivery of management and business courses as well as the design and delivery of Team building and leadership courses.
Mike has also communicated with organisation for the purpose of contextualising training programs to enable the courses to better meet the desired learning outcomes.

Jayne-Maree Sedgman worked as a radio and TV journalist for 15 years before becoming an accredited media trainer. Her career took her from Geraldton to Perth, Brisbane and then London where she worked for the BBC and Reuters.
Jayne-Maree also spent 8 years as a reporter, producer, sub-editor and newsreader in the ABC’s Sydney newsroom covering many high profile stories including the HIH Royal Commission and Rene Rivkin’s insider trading trial.
As Principal of media training company Media Savvy, she now uses her extensive experience to help clients approach the media strategically while also giving journalists what they want.
She trains people from the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors and conducts professional development workshops for industry bodies.
Jayne-Maree has a BA (Journalism), a Certificate IV (Train the Trainer) and is an associate of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
