Ina Kehrberg-Ostrasz

Dr Ina Kehrberg read Classical & Near Eastern Archaeology at the University of Sydney and completed her postgraduate studies in Eastern Mediterranean Archaeology. She worked over 30 years in Jordan, in particular at Jarash where she co-directed and collaborated with several long-term archaeological projects. As associate director she was awarded the Harvard/White-Levy grant for the publications of the 'Jarash Hippodrome Excavations 1984-1996 directed by Dr Antoni Ostrasz. Her other main projects are the Roman City Walls Excavations and the Archaeological Studies of the Upper Zeus Temple Excavations in which she collaborated with the French Archaeological Institute. She returned to Sydney in 2004 where she received Hon. Sen. Fellowships with the Dept of Anc. Hist. & Classics at Macquarie University and the University of Sydney.Amelia Kelly

Amelia Kelly has a Bachelor of Visual Arts (First Class Honours) from the University of South Australia and a PhD through Sydney College of the Arts, the University of Sydney. She is a practicing photomedia artist, has undertaken several art residencies nationally and internationally, and writes and presents talks on contemporary art, particularly performance art, photography and identity politics. For the last three years, Amelia has conducted casual teaching in the Art History Department at the University of Sydney.Magdaleen Kelly

Michael Kelly is a highly experienced personal communication speaker and trainer. Michael has been coaching and training leaders for more than 20 years. He loves helping leaders ‘own’ any type of interaction, encounter, meeting and presentation through how they listen, speak, present, handle, carry and conduct themselves.
Michael believes the best leaders lead by example. He believes the best leaders, are highly self-aware of themselves and how they are perceived by others.
Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Worcester Stage College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
With former Premier of New South Wales, Bob Carr, Michael has produced the popular audio programme, Choice Voice - Lessons from great speaking voices. He has also produced a novel video learning programme entitled, Confident Personal Communication.

Paul Kemp has studied visual art at St George Technical College, East Sydney Technical College (National Art School), has a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Art) from the University of Newcastle and an Associate Diploma in Adult Education. He is a practicing artist working in his open studio at the Headland Park Art Precinct, Mosman. Michaela’s extensive experience in the disability sector and passion for all people to be valued citizens makes her a committed and highly regarded director of the Pathways team. She is dedicated to sharing her experiences (professionally and personally), supporting people to lead inclusive self-directed lives and to developing partnerships and participatory leadership opportunities.
Michaela has worked at all levels within organisations, leading the cultural change processes to embed personalisation and community inclusion. Beginning in 2006, Michaela lead the implementation of Person Centred Practices at a large non-government service provider organisation. Establishing a team of 6 Person Centred facilitators, she was the principal advisor in the organisation to develop a strategic commitment of becoming a Person Centred Organisation; the first organisation to do so in NSW.
She is a skilled practitioner and trainer of Person Centred Thinking and Planning including Maps, Paths and Lifestyle Planning, Community Connecting, Coaching and Mentoring, Team Building and Planning, Meetings and People skills, Participatory Leadership and Partnership Building. She has worked in the disability sector in NSW (Australia) for over 15 years and has presented at State and National Conferences and facilitated training for government and non-government organisations.
Michaela has strong networks nationally and internationally in the areas of Person Centred Practices, Asset Based Community Development and Participatory Leadership. Michaela has lead the establishment of the Australian Person Centred Association, and is an active member of The (International) Learning Community for Person Centred Practices, The Down Under Institute and In-Control Australia. She leads and contributes to the organisation of national and state conferences and events that champion inclusion and person centredness. The membership of these groups includes people with disabilities, families, international leaders, advocates, government, service providers and community members that share the same values and principles.
Michaela has completed her Diploma in Disability Studies, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced week in Choice Theory and many certificates in the art of massage therapy.
