Payment methods

All courses must be paid in advance of commencing your course.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
• American Express (for enrolments made online only)
• EFTPOS (for enrolments made in person at CCE or over the phone)
• Electronic Funds Transfer (for company invoices only)
• Journal Transfer (for University of Sydney Staff only)

Company invoices

We accept company payment by credit card, EFTPOS and EFT.

Payment by credit card

If you are making payment via credit card and you would like the invoice issued to your company, please complete your enrolment through the checkout.

At the final ‘Payment’ step, before entering the credit card details, click 'Choose a different payer' and enter your organisation’s details.

A copy of the tax invoice and payment receipt will then be emailed to the address provided under the company details.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Payment via EFT is only for Australian businesses.

To enrol in a course and pay by EFT, please complete the Invoice Authorisation form below. Once received, we will issue you an invoice containing the University of Sydney’s banking details.

University of Sydney journal transfers

University of Sydney staff can request payment by journal transfer. Please visit our staff support page for more information and to complete the Journal Transfer Enrolment form.
