Booking training
How much does it cost to host a corporate training class?
The cost depends on several factors, including the type of course, delivery location, number of participants, and any customisations you may need. Please provide as much detail as possible when contacting our corporate training team, and we’ll offer indicative pricing.
Are there any discounts available for corporate classes?
Our corporate classes are already offered at a discounted rate compared to our public program classes. Discounts increase for larger group sizes. See our discounts page for further ways to save on training.
How far in advance should we book a corporate training session?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and allow time for any customisation. However, we can often accommodate shorter timeframes, so please contact us to discuss your needs.
Do you offer keynote speaker sessions for conferences and events?
Yes, our facilitators are available for keynote speaking engagements. Please contact our team to discuss your specific requirements and event details.
Course content

Can the courses be delivered as they are, or do you offer completely bespoke training options?
Our courses can be delivered exactly as they are from our public program, providing a straightforward solution for your team. Additionally, if you have specific needs, we can work with you to create a completely bespoke training program that’s tailored to your organisation.
Can the training be customised to fit my industry?
Yes. Our facilitators can discuss your training needs and recommend customisations to include industry-relevant case studies and exercises.
Can the training be condensed to half a day, or split over two half days?
We can tailor the training duration to your needs and help you to select the most relevant topics that can be delivered within the allocated timeframe. Please note that some customisation costs may apply.
Do you offer post-training support or follow-up sessions?
Yes, we provide post-training support and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and address any additional questions your team might have. Contact us to discuss these options.

Class locations
Can the training be delivered at our office or an off-site venue?
Our facilitators can travel to client offices almost anywhere in Australia. For training held at your premises, a private space with equipment such as a projector, whiteboards, flipcharts and suitable seating is required. If you have booked an IT class, participants must have access to the internet and computers or laptops.
Can the training be delivered at CCE's premises?
Yes, training can be delivered at our premises. Contact us for more information.
We are based outside of Sydney. Can we still get corporate training?
Yes, we can deliver training both face-to-face and online to organisations outside of Sydney. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the Sydney metro area.
Class sizes
What are the minimum and maximum class sizes?
Our minimum class size is 6 participants. The recommended class size is 10-15. If your group is larger than this, please let our Corporate Training team know in your initial enquiry.
Facilitators
When are your facilitators available to deliver my team’s training?
Please contact our corporate training team to discuss your needs and timeframe, and we can assist you with our facilitators' available dates.
Can I contact the course facilitator directly to organise the training?
Corporate training through CCE is organised by our administrative team who are here to support you at each step of the process. You will have an opportunity to meet your trainer and discuss your specific training needs before the session.
What qualifications do your facilitators have?
Our facilitators are experienced professionals with industry-specific expertise and relevant qualifications. They bring practical knowledge and a deep understanding of adult learning principles to each training session.
Where are your facilitators based?
All our facilitators are based in Australia. They have extensive local knowledge and experience across various industries, ensuring that our training programs are relevant and tailored to the Australian market.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
How much notice do I need to give to cancel a corporate training class?
Cancellation terms are outlined in the proposal issued at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your class, please provide written notice to info@cce.sydney.edu.au.
Can I get a partial refund if fewer participants attend the class than expected?
Our corporate class pricing is based on a band system, not per participant. For example, if you book a class for up to 10 participants and only 8 attend, you will still be charged for the full group size.
Can I transfer an enrolment to another employee? When is the latest I can make changes to enrolments?
Yes, you can transfer enrolments between staff to meet your agreed class numbers. Participants can be changed up until the morning of the class. Please notify us in writing of any changes at info@cce.sydney.edu.au. However, as our in-house training is offered at a reduced group rate, once a booking is confirmed, individuals cannot transfer their enrolment to a public program class.
Course completion certificates
Will this training count towards CPD points?
All our courses are non-accredited, however, a Statement of Completion will be sent to each participant at the end of the course.
Online delivery course information
Can I record the training session?
No, recordings of online and in-person classes are not permitted.
Can you deliver training in a hybrid format?
Our interactive classes involve group work and discussions, where trainers often move around the room. This can cause online participants to feel disengaged, so we recommend sticking to a single delivery format for better engagement.
