If you want to learn to speak German, our German classes are ideal for adult learners to enjoy a practical and social experience while you learn German language and culture. Learn German the smart way with German courses at CCE, the University of Sydney.

Suitable for those who have completed all levels up to 604 or who have completed 615 hours of recent face to face tuition. You should be able to understand the main content of complex texts and participate in discussions on specialised subjects.

Based on unit 3 from the prescribed text focusing on subject areas ‘colour perception’ and ‘colour effect’.

Students will learn to describe which effect colours can have on us and how we relate emotionally to colours. We will talk about the characteristics of the human eye and its functions.

It will cover advanced grammar from level C1 such as reported speech with prepositions and relative clauses with “wie”, the distinction between separable prefixes and non-separable prefixes, “Nominalstil” versus “Verbalstil”. We will also revise essential grammar and vocabulary from B2 Level.
