Adobe Creative Cloud Express is a cloud-based free media creation application that makes it easy for anyone to create impressive social media graphics, promotional videos, and single-page websites.

This one-day short course allows you to explore templates, upload your photos, and design Instagram stories for any of your creative needs. Adobe Express has built-in photo editing functions, which also makes it the perfect tool for editing and refining photos. It now utilises generative AI to create custom images and text effects for social and marketing graphics.

Who this course is for

This course is aimed at anyone interested in the design process. It is suitable for Adobe users or anyone currently using programs which employ print, video or sound.

If you are currently involved in the design industry, or are simply interested in current design trends, this course will give you a head start with the new AI-generated tools utilised today.

What you need to do before the course

To participate in this course, you will need Adobe Express installed on your device and an Adobe Creative Cloud account. If you do not already have an account, you can purchase one through the Adobe Creative Cloud website. Please bring your account login details with you to class.

• Recommended operating system: Windows or Mac
• Required software: Latest version of Adobe Express
• AI features: Download the BETA version of Adobe Express via your Creative Cloud app to access AI tools.

Face-to-face classes

Please bring your own laptop with all required software pre-installed.

Online classes

For the best experience, we recommend using a computer with a large monitor or dual screens/devices. Small laptop screens can make it difficult to follow the facilitator’s display while working in the software.
