What do you think leadership is?
Leadership is a core theme of the University of Sydney. Our slogan is ‘Leadership for good starts here’.
When we talk about leadership, we are referring to individuals that aspire to empower those around them, those that act as the example they would like to see in the world, and those that positively affect the community they create or belong to.
Anyone can be a leader, even those that are still learning, and even those in junior roles in their organisation.
Leadership takes on many forms at the University, here are some resources for you to look at how the University empowers individuals to take on leadership roles.
