Member-exclusive events

Membership includes invitations to events exploring key topics in professional learning and capability development.

Featured webinar: Agile Strategy - From Boardroom Blueprints to Shared Execution

This member webinar will explore a common challenge: strategies that appear clear at leadership level but are difficult to implement.

It will introduce the architecture of agile strategy and examine how AI-supported scenario planning allows organisations to treat strategy as a living system rather than a periodic event. This helps leaders respond more quickly to changing market conditions and organisational priorities.

Participants will leave with a practical model for reconnecting strategy and execution, along with insights into how organisations can adapt strategy more quickly as markets and conditions change, and for building an organisation where adaptability is a competitive advantage.
