You’ll also explore how professional social media managers organise content calendars, respond to audiences, analyse results, and manage the day-to-day realities of running social channels in a fast-moving digital environment.
Rather than focusing on trends or quick hacks, this course is designed to teach practical, transferable skills and industry best practices that can be applied across a wide range of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to create content strategically, manage accounts professionally, and build systems that make social media marketing more sustainable, organised, and effective.
