In 2007, Jenny wrote the publication “Don't Get Hung Up!” (How to Sell Products and Services by Phone) and also co-authored “Secrets of Top Sales Professionals”. Following a successful career in face-to-face selling as National Sales and Marketing Manager of Telford Hotels and International Sales Manager for Centralian Holidays, Jenny changed her focus to telephone selling.

From 1991 to 1997, Jenny was awarded top salesperson for her telemarketing promotion of Tom Hopkins and Anthony Robbins seminars on four of their visits to Australia, and then promoted Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy. In 1998 Jenny completed Train the Trainer and Certificate 1V in Training and Assessment to become an accredited trainer, and has since trained over 70,000 people. Jenny conducts in-house customised sales, telesales and customer service training for companies and individuals all around Australia. She also coaches salespeople one-on-one, consults to companies who are looking for more sales and speaks at conferences.

Jenny was President of Pioneer Business SWAP 2006 – 2007 (Salespeople with a Purpose) and was awarded “National Salesperson of the Year” by the Business SWAP organization in 1993, “National Business SWAP of the Year” in 1996 and 2004, and “Telemarketer of the Year” in 1995. She received her Diploma in Languages for Business in 1971, graduated as a business coach through Coach-U in 1998 and is a Certified Speaking Member (CSP) of the Professional Speakers Association (the only internationally recognised designation of professional speakers). Jenny is passionate about teaching sales people how to become top achievers.
