Develop the skills of a Product Owner/Product Manager as part of an Agile development team and optimise the delivery of value in your Lean enterprise.


This course aims to build your skills in: developing strategic goals and business value streams; developing and managing software product vision; driving the development of road maps and helping your development teams to deliver continuous value.


Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:
