With over 2 Billion active users on Facebook, Facebook ads are a great way to generate leads and ultimately grow your business online.

In this course, we will go through what you need to know when getting started with Facebook Ads to give you the best chance of success. We will cover proven strategies that you can apply to your business, regardless of what industry you are in.

There are a number of elements which contribute to success with Facebook ads. So, we will show you how to utilise Facebook’s superior targeting features, how to set up the appropriate tracking and best practice for success.

This short course will provide a step-by-step guide to setting up a great campaign and then reviewing and optimising your account to achieve the best results for your business.

Whether you are considering using Facebook ads for the first time, or are already running ads, this course will give you insights into best practices, great tools and how to understand the data to determine if your advertising is working and what could be improved.

This course aims to show you:

  • the many different ways you can use Facebook ads in your business – regardless of what industry
  • how to set up the correct tracking so you know what is working and what is not. This avoids continually wasting ad spend
  • the different types of Facebook ads you can run and the benefits of each of the different placements
  • the different types of ad copy you can use
  • tips and tricks gained from running a digital agency for the last 8 years.

  • Different lead magnets that can be applied to Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads
  • Facebook ad campaign set up – we walk through how to install a Facebook pixel, how to set up conversion tracking and custom audiences
  • What Lookalike Audiences are and how you can use them in your campaigns
  • Facebook ad campaign implementation – we walk through how to create a campaign
  • Facebook Power Editor – we discuss why it is important to use the Power Editor and walk through how to use it
  • Understanding ad copy best practice and how to apply it to ads
  • Where to find images to use in ads
  • Ongoing optimisation of campaigns in order to reduce your cost per lead

Intended audience

Suitable for business owners who would like to generate leads using Facebook ads.

Prerequisites

No prior experience or knowledge is required, but you need to have a Facebook page to actively participate in class.

Delivery style

Interactive workshop. You will be guided step-by-step through setting up a campaign, to reviewing and optimising your account to achieve the best results for your business.

Bring your own device

You are required to bring your own device (Windows or Mac). You should ensure your device is fully charged as access to power is limited.
