This is an entry-level people management course, covering practical strategies for successful team leadership.

Our online courses are interactive and are delivered in real-time via Zoom. You will have the chance to ask questions and join in activities, just as you would in any in-person class. Zoom also allows for the class to be split into smaller groups, for group work and other activities.
Our facilitators are well versed in Zoom delivery and will skillfully guide you in your online learning journey.
You will need to have specific software pre-installed for some IT courses, for example, Adobe and Microsoft courses. Please read the course outline and all course communications thoroughly.
Instructions regarding how to connect to online classes will be sent to participants via email, 24-48 hours before the class commences.
