Armed with Masters degrees in Education and Australian Studies, Sean has enriched his academic journey with a deep dive into organisational behaviour at Harvard University.
Sean has 25 years' experience in adult learning and has led the learning function in three large government organisations, managing the development of a range of industry leading and award-winning capability building initiatives. He has worked in both the vocational education and higher education sectors and has served on university curriculum advisory boards.
Sean is an author with five books and over 60 articles to his name, all centered on adult learning and organisational development. His consultancy work spans across all sectors, where he collaborates with organisations, teams, and individuals to optimise performance.
